At operating temperature, the hydraulic tank is hot and under pressure.Hot oil and components can cause personal injury. Do not allow hot oil or components to contact skin.Before removing the filler cap, press the valve relief button on the hydraulic tank in order to relieve the tank pressure.Remove the filler cap only when the engine is stopped and the filler cap is cool enough to touch with your bare hand. Remove the filler cap slowly in order to relieve any remaining pressure.

Press the button on pressure/vacuum breaker valve (2) in order to relieve any tank pressure. Slowly remove filler cap (1).

Drain the hydraulic oil tank at drain (4). Reference: For the correct procedure, refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change".

Remove implement return screen (10). Clean the screen with clean, nonflammable solvent.
Remove case drain return bypass valve and screen assembly (9). A spring and valve mechanism are housed within the screen. Take care to remove all components for cleaning and inspection. Clean all components with clean, nonflammable solvent.
Install the case drain valve mechanism, spring, and screen being careful that components are installed properly. Make certain that the valve mechanism is seated properly, and that the valve mechanism and spring are not bound up and can operate freely.
Install the implement return screen.
Replace hydraulic tank access cover (6).
Fill the hydraulic tank. Reference: For the correct procedure, refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change".
Replace filler cap (1).
