Remove bolts (38) and disc housing (37) from the side disc. Install the new 177-9872 Disc Housing .

(36) Duo-cone seal gp (39) Stub Shaft
Remove the old duo-cone seal gp from stub shaft (39). Install new duo-cone seal gp (36) .

(4) Chain case
Install chain case (4) that has been reworked to the rotor axle and the stub shaft. Take care not to damage any of the seals.

Install shield (20) and shield (19) .
Install bolts (18) .

(12) Top rotor drive sprocket (13) Bottom rotor drive sprocket (14) Shim (15) Plate (16) Bolts
Install top rotor drive sprocket (12), shims (14), plate (15), and bolts (16). Install rotor drive sprocket (12) in the previous position. Replace shims (14) that were previously removed.
Install bottom rotor drive sprocket (13), shims (14), plate (15), and bolts (16). Install rotor drive sprocket (12) in the previous position. Replace shims (14) that were previously removed.

(27) Bar assembly (28) Bolts
Connect bar assembly (27) and tighten bolts (28) .
Perform Step 28 through Step 40 on the other chain case.

Connect harness assembly (26) .

Install lube lines (25) .

Connect lube lines and tubes (29) to the housing for the rotor bearing.

Start the machine and install rotor lift cylinders (22), pins (24) and bolts (23) .

(8) Chain (9) Master link (10) Rod (11) End plate
Install chains (8) for the rotor drive. Replace master link (9), end plate (11), and rod (9 ) with new parts.
Install new gaskets and covers on the chain case.
Fill the chain case for the rotor to the appropriate oil level. Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual, KEBU7524.
Fill the lubrication tank for the rotor drive. Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual, KEBU7524.
Start the machine and check the rotor for proper operation. Run the rotor for one hour and check for any leaks in the area of the stub shaft for the rotor.
