--------------- END SUPPLEMENT ---------------Caterpillar recommends that the 9Y3307 Suction Screen Assembly, part of the 9Y3301, 9Y3303, and 9Y3295 Engine Oil Lines Groups, and the 1W6707 Screen Assembly, part of the 1W0839, 1W0868, 1W0909, 1W0974, 7W0146, and 9Y0736 Oil Pan Groups, be cleaned after every 6000 hours of operation or one year, whichever occurs first. Formerly, the Operation And Maintenance Manuals for these engines recommended that the suction screen assembly be cleaned after 40,000 hours of operation. Make note of the new recommendation in engine's Operation and Maintenance Manual. See the illustration.
