1. Put identification marks on levers (1), (2) and (3) and remove the levers from the control valve. Remove the keys from the shafts. 2. Remove bolts (6), bracket (4), cover (7) and the gasket from the control valve.3. Remove ring (8) and washer (5) from the three shafts. 4. Remove bolts (11), washers (10) and blocks (9) from the control valve. Remove the O-ring seal from washers (10). 5. Remove the bolt, stop (13) and spring assembly (15) from block (9).6. Remove ring (12) from one end of pin (16). Remove the pin from spring assembly (15).7. If necessary, remove bearings (14) from the spring assembly. 8. Rotate shaft (17) until lever (19) is away from plungers (20).9. Remove the bolt and retainer (18) that hold plungers (20) in place. Remove plungers (20) and the springs from the control valve. 10. Remove bolt (22) and the washer that holds lever (19) to shaft (17).11. Put shaft (17) out of the body and remove lever (19), spacer (21) and washer (23). 12. Use tool (A), and remove ring (25) from pin (24). Remove the pin and rollers (26) from lever (19). 13. Remove bolts (29) and washers (28) that hold plungers (27) in place in the control valve. Remove plungers (27) and the springs from the control valve. 14. Remove two plugs (30) from the body. 15. Remove ring (36) from pin (35) with tool (A). Remove pin (35) and rollers (37) from lever (34).
Put identification marks on all parts of the valves. Do not mix any of the parts between valves during disassembly or assembly.
16. Remove four plugs (41), spacers (40) springs (38) and spool assemblies (39) from the control valve.17. Remove the O-ring seal from plugs (41). 18. Remove ring (44) from spool assemblies (39) with tool (B).19. Remove seat (43), spring (42) and ball (45) from spool assemblies (39). 20. Remove ring (48), washer (47) spring (46) and shims (49) from spool assemblies (39). 21. Remove seat (50), poppet (51) and spring (52) from the valve body.22. Remove O-ring
