Install the washers and bolts (23).

Install the hydraulic fitting and travel pressure switch (19).

Install the harness assembly in the clip. Connect harness assembly (18).

Install new O-ring seals (17) and (16) in hydraulic fitting (15).

Install hydraulic fitting (15) in the pilot valve.

Connect hose (14) to the pilot valve.

Install new O-ring seals (13) and (12) in filtered fitting (11).

Install filtered fitting (11) in the pilot valve.

Connect hose (10) to the pilot valve.

Connect hoses (9) to the pilot valve.

Reposition mounting bracket (8).
Install the washers and bolts (7).

Install lower wiper arm (6).
Install nut (4).
Close cover (5) on the lower wiper arm.

Position cover (2) on the machine.
Install the washers and bolts (1). Tighten bolts (3) and (1).
Check the hydraulic system oil level. Reference: Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Lubricant Viscosities" for the proper oil viscosity.Reference: Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil Level - Check" for the correct filling procedure.
Install high efficiency filters in place of the pilot filter, the case drain filter, and the return filter. Note: High efficiency filters should not be run for more than 250 hours before you change back to the standard filters.
Obtain a hydraulic oil sample from the main S O S port. Reference: Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Sampling Interval and Location of Sampling Valve" for the correct location.
If the S O S sample exceeds ISO 18/15, flush the hydraulic system. Reference: Refer to Contamination Control Guidelines, SEBF8436, "Hydraulic System Flushing Procedure for 320C Hydraulic Excavators" for further information.
