NOx Reduction System (NRS) coolers are being put on a Continuous Product Improvement (CPI) freeze to prevent stock orders from being filled. All current stock orders in the system will be canceled.Solution
When NRS coolers are needed for any machine down situations, place a machine down parts order and the order will be approved for release. If there are critical commercial situations in which larger orders (any quantity greater than 1) are necessary by a dealer, send an e-mail request with details of the commercial situation and parts order number to Blunier_Derek_W for approval.
