1. Loosen the hose clamp and disconnect breather tube (1). 2. Loosen the rod assemblies and remove cup (2). 3. Remove primary filter element (3) from the air cleaner housing. 4. Remove bolts (5) and valve cover (4).Install Valve Cover
1. Install a new gasket for valve cover if needed. Put 5H2471 Cement on the gasket and on valve cover when installing a new gasket. 2. Put valve cover (1) in position on the cylinder head. 3. Install the bolts. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 10.9 2.8 N m (96 24 lb.in.) in the number sequence shown. 4. Put primary filter element (2) in position in the housing. 5. Put cup (4) in position on the housing and install rod assemblies (3). 6. Connect breather tube (5) to the hose.7. Tighten hose clamp (6).end by:a) install water temperature regulator
