1. Remove three boots (1) from the pilot control valve group. 2. Remove three control lever nuts (2) and three pivot plates (3). 3. Remove six plungers (4) and six Allen bolts (5). Remove three pivot brackets (6) and mounting plate (7). Mark the location of the six magnetic bodies on the pilot control valve group. Tilt pilot control valve (15) has coil assembly (w/receptacle) (8) on the DUMP side and sleeve (10) on the TILT BACK side of the pilot valve. Lift pilot control valve (14) has coil assembly (w/receptacle) (8) on the LOWER side and coil assembly (w/plug) (9) on the RAISE side of the pilot valve. Attachment control valve (13) has a sleeve (10) on each side of the pilot valve.4. Remove three nuts (11) and three rods (12). This will separate the pilot control valve group into the individual pilot valves.Assemble Pilot Control Valve Group
1. Assemble the pilot control valve group in the reverse order of disassembly. Be sure to put sleeves and coil assemblies back in the correct location for each pilot valve.2. Actuate each plunger assembly with the pivot plate. If all control valves operate freely, the control valve group is ready to be installed in the vehicle.End By:a. install pilot control valve group
