Note: The master link assembly can be separated over the idler or separated over the final drive.
Position the master link assembly.

Remove cover (1) .

Loosen relief valve (2) .Note: If no relief valve (2) is present, rotate the fill valve counterclockwise to loosen the track.

Use Tooling (A) in order to support the track.

Attach Tooling (B) to the track. Apply a slight lifting tension to the track. Use two people in order to remove track shoe (4) . The weight of track shoe (2) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb). Remove bolts (3) and track shoe (4) .
Separate the track and lower the track to the ground.
