This Program can only be administered after a failure occurs. The decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS5260" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. Use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.
This Revised Service Letter replaces the June 15, 1997 (Revised July 1997) Service Letter. Changes have been made to the Service Claim Allowances.

Replace the cab door assembly that may crack on certain 320, 320L, 320N, 320S, 322, 325, 325L, 325N, 330, 330L, 330N, 350, 350L, 375, 375L and 5080 Excavators and CIPI Power Modules. The crack may occur near the latch on the inside face of the door (see Illustration 1). The crack is due to fatigue failure because of excessive vibration. If a crack is found, replace the door assembly.

Replace the failed door assembly with a new door assembly listed under the Parts Needed. Refer to TIB dated October 14, 1993 for the Euro-cab glass gluing procedure.
