Mount the hydraulic pump as shown using two bolts (26),two washers (28) shipped with the supply group.

(A) Locate with hoses, and coupler.Working coupler thru full dump to full rack back checking for bindsin hoses
Install weld plates (16) onto the loaderarms and coupler as shown. Tack weld the weld plate (16) intoposition at the point.Note: If installing supply group on a 436C/416C Backhoe Loader, weld platesand hoses should be mounted on the right loader arm. If installingon a 416D/E, 420D/E or 430D/E, weld plates and hoses should be mounted on theleft loader arm. Refer to Illustration

Route hose assembly (7) through the loaderframe (in the same area as the battery cables, to the right-hand sideof the machine. Then up the side of the machine, out the loader armarea and down the loader arms to the coupler. Refer to Illustration 12.

Connect hose assembly (7) to the hydraulicpump adapters (10) installed in step 1. Secure hose assembly (7) toweld plates (16), using clamp (22),and bolts (1), shipped with the supply group. Connecthose assembly (7) to the coupler using connector (27). Refer to Illustration 13.
Check hose assemblies for proper tautness, relocate weldplates as necessary. Remove hose assemblies from weld plates, andweld into position. Reinstall hose assemblies.Note: Do not attempt to power the pump until hydraulic installationis complete and pump has been filled with A.T.F. (automatic transmissionfluid).
Find an open spot on the control panel to drill a 11.11 mm (7/16 inch) diameterhole to mount the toggle switch (6) .

Locate from the supply group the toggle switch (6) andwire assembly (13). Assemble the wire assembly tothe switch assembly as shown in Illustration 14.
Locate the female connectors (14), maleconnectors (15), The blue wire (17),and the green wire (20) from the supply group. Removethe existing connectors from the blue
