A - Loctite C5-A 1 Note: Check the O-ring seals, the gaskets, and the seals for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.

Apply Tooling (A) to the splines at both ends of column (13). Connect column (13) to steering metering pump (4).

Install four bolts (12), four spacers (9) (not shown), bracket (11), and steering metering pump (4) to mount (10).
Install the O-ring seals to elbows (8). Install four elbows (8).

Install steering metering pump (4) to the position shown.
Connect three electrical connectors (7) and install to the clips.

Align the splines of the steering metering pump with the steering column universal joint. Slide the steering metering pump up. Install bolt (6) and the nut.

Install four bolts and caps (5).

Connect four hose assemblies (3) to steering metering pump (4).

Install front cover (1) and ten bolts (2).
Fill the hydraulic tank with oil to the correct level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil Level - Check".End By:
Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
