Position the blower wheel onto the motor shaft and install retainer (27) .

Install retainer (26) .

Position cover (25) and install screws (24). Tighten screws (24) to a torque of 1.2 0.2 N m (10.6 1.8 lb in).
Repeat Steps 2 through 4 for the remaining blower wheel.

Position blower assembly (21) into the case assembly.
Install nut (22). Tighten nut (22) to a torque of 8 3 N m (5.9 2.2 lb ft).
Install bolt (23). Tighten bolt (23) to a torque of 12 3 N m (8.9 2.2 lb ft).
Connect wires (20) .

Connect harness assemblies (19) and (18) .
Install nut (16). Tighten nut (16) to a torque of 8 3 N m (5.9 2.2 lb ft).
Install bolt (17). Tighten bolt (17) to a torque of 12 3 N m (8.9 2.2 lb ft).

Position cover (15) .
Install screws (14) on the front of the case assembly. Tighten screws (14) to a torque of 12 3 N m (8.9 2.2 lb ft).
Install bolts (13) .

Install bolts (12) on the side of the case assembly.

Install bolts (10) .

Install bolt (9) on the rear of the case assembly. Tighten bolt (9) to a torque of 12 3 N m (8.9 2.2 lb ft).
Install bolts (8) .

Position cover (2) and install screws (3). Tighten screws (3) to a torque of 4.5 0.5 N m (3.32 0.37 lb ft).
