Start By:
Remove the apron. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Apron - Remove and Install".

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to ejector (1). The weight of ejector (1) is approximately 1052 kg (2320 lb).

Remove bolts (2) and trunnion (3). Repeat for the opposite side.

Remove bolts (5) and slides (4). Repeat for the opposite side.

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to ejector cylinder (6). The weight of ejector cylinder (6) is approximately 145 kg (320 lb). Fasten the other end of Tooling (A) to the frame of the scraper.

Remove covers (7) and pin (8) .
