If the setting is found, then the on-board software knows that the display name has been renamed. The setting named from the default name, MINWITHNET, to a unique network name. Shutdowns will then be performed correctly. The Diagnostic Message Log file contains information regarding the Display Name. The information includes whether the Display Name has been set appropriately and whether the on-board software has been informed of the name change. Each of the conditions that can occur, and the associated messages, are listed in the following sections:Condition 1: Default Configuration

If the Network Name setting identifies a new name, but the name has not been correctly set up in the D3:C4 Nav 10. 4 Display, then the same message that is shown in condition 2 will be logged. However, the name of the display will appear as the default name, MINWITHNET."Inform, 15:43:44, 41088, Navigator - Unique network name key found. Name = MINWITHNET"Additionally, the following message will be written to the DML:"Error, 15:43:44, 41090, Incompatible use of key '$ Navigator With Unique Network Name' or incorrect Navigator network identity"Condition 4: Network Name Key Used Improperly
