Transmission Overheat - Indicates overheating of the transmission. Indicator comes on between 118° to 121°C (245° to 250°F).When the indicator comes on during machine operation, immediately stop the machine. Move the transmission control to neutral and operate the engine at high idle. When sufficient cooling has taken place, the indicator will go out.Gauges
Fuel Level (1) - Indicates the amount of fuel in the fuel tank. Engine Ammeter (2) - Indicates the number of amps being produced by the alternator. During normal operation the engine should show a positive charge. Coolant Temperature (3) - Indicates temperature of engine coolant. The gauge registers 40° to 138° C (100° to 280°F). During operation the coolant temperature should not rise above 104° C (220° F). Engine Oil Pressure (4) - Indicates the amount of oil pressure produced in the engine. The gauge indicates pressure 0 to 700 kPa (0 to 100 psi). Under normal operating conditions engine oil pressure should not fall below 138 kPa (20 psi).Service Hour Meter
Service Hour Meter - Indicates the total number of hours the engine has operated. Use it to determine service intervals.Light Switches (if equipped)
Front Working and Tail Light Switch (1) - Push the switch forward to turn on the front working lights and tail lights. Pull the switch backward to turn off the lights. Rear Working Light Switch (2) - Push the switch forward to turn on the rear working lights. Pull the switch backward to turn off the lights.Horn
Horn - Depress to activate the horn.Back-up Alarm
Back-up Alarm - The alarm will sound when the direction control lever is in the reverse position. It is used to alert people behind the machine that it is backing up.Seat Adjustment
Push lever forward and move the seat forward or backward to the desired position. Release lever to lock the seat in position. Turn knob (1) counterclockwise (left) to raise the seat or clockwise (right) to lower the seat.Turn knob (2) counterclockwise (left) to increase seat stiffness or clockwise (right) to decrease seat stiffness.Seat Belt
Always check the condition of the seat belt and mounting hardware before operating the machine.Replace the seat belt at least once every three years, regardless of appearance. A date label, to determine the age of the belt, is sewn onto each belt. Inspect for worn or frayed webbing.Check for worn or damaged buckle or anticreep slide
