Remove engine oil filter housing.

Remove bolts (1) and guard assembly (2).

Install tooling (A).

Remove bolts (3).

Slide vibration damper (4) on Tooling (A) and attach a suitable lifting device. The weight of the vibration damper is approximately 200 kg (441 lb).
Remove vibration damper (4).Installation Procedure

Install Tooling (A) into end of crankshaft.
Attach a suitable lifting device onto vibration damper (4) and slide onto Tooling (A). The weight of the vibration damper is approximately 200 kg (441 lb).

Apply Tooling (B) to bolts (3).
Install bolts (3) and torque bolts to 1150 60 N m (848 44 lb ft).
