Install Tooling (A) and remove plates (9).

Remove pins (10) from both cylinders.

Use a suitable lifting device and a suitable pry bar in order to tilt the cab leveling tilt group, as shown.

Remove the bolt (11) and the washer .

Use Tooling (D) in order to position the tilt cylinder, as shown. Install Tooling (C) and remove plate (12) .

Install Tooling (E), (F), and (G). Remove the pin (not shown).
Repeat Steps 8 through 11 for the other side of the cab leveling tilt group.
Remove the gear and bearing group with the frame. The weight of the gear and bearing group with the frame is approximately 1725 kg (3800 lb).

Remove bolts (13) and the washers. Remove plate (14) and the O-ring seal (not shown).

Remove bolts (15) and remove plate (16) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to the frame by using Tooling (H), as shown. Remove nut (17) and the washer.

Drive pin (18) toward the center of frame (19). Remove pin (20). Remove pin (18) from frame (19). Pin (18) should be pulled away from the center of frame (19). Remove frame (19) from the undercarriage. The weight of the frame is approximately 680 kg (1500 lb).

Remove seal (21) .

Install Tooling (P), (J), (K), (L) and (M) in order to remove the bearings.
