Replace externally cracked failed NRS cooler.
Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Exhaust Cooler (NRS) - Remove and Install".
Ensure that the Special Instruction, M0070968, "Coolant Drain and Vacuum Fill Procedure For Certain C9.3 Through C18 Tier 4 Engines", is utilized for draining and filling coolant system.
Take photos of the external crack or exhaust leak to attach to the claim when submitting.
