This letter needs to be performed in conjunction with the 826G Service Letter PS40044 (fan drive system rework) and PS5790 (A/C Service Letter).

Attach.(1-Rework Procedure)Rework Procedure
1. Drain hydraulic tank and radiator.2. Remove and discard Hose As. (reference: 1177508) between Tube Assembly (reference 1177502) and port on oil cooler core.3. Remove and discard Hose As. (reference: 1213284) between reversing Valve Gp. and port on oil cooler core.4. Remove and discard Core As. (reference: 111-8398) from Radiator Gp.5. Remove and discard Core As. (reference: 111-8398) from Radiator Gp.6. Weld a 1800646 Block on the bottom of the top tank of the radiator. (See Illustration 1)7. Weld two 1800646 Blocks on the top of the bottom tank of the radiator. (See Illustration 2)8. Assemble the 1795778 Core As.-Oil to the radiator. (See Illustrations 3, 4, 5 and 6)9. Assemble the remaining 1800626 Bracket As. to the second block on the radiator bottom tank. Use 2: 8T4137 Bolts and 2: 7X7729 Washers. (See Illustration 9)10. Connect 3E2345 Tee to lower oil cooler port. Use 3D2824 Seal-O-Ring.11. Connect 6V9873 Connector to Tee. Use 3J1907 Seal. (See Illustration 7)12. Connect 3E2345 Tee to upper oil cooler port. Use 3D2824 Seal-O-Ring. (See Illustration 8)13. Connect 6V8076 Elbow to Tee installed in previous step. Use 3J1907 Seal-O-Ring. Connect 5P8874 Adapter to Elbow using 3J1907 Seal. Connect 9T6005 Valve to Adapter using 3K0360 Seal. (See Illustration 8)14. Connect one end of 1561780 Hose As. to Valve installed in previous step. (See Illustration 8) Connect the other end to the Connector installed in the lower oil cooler port. Use 6V8398 Seals. (See Illustrations 7 and 8)15. Connect one end of 1113077 Hose As. to Elbow on reversing Valve Gp. Use 6V9746 Seal.16. Connect the other end of 1803898 Hose Assembly to the Tee installed in the upper oil cooler port. Use 6V9746 Seal. (See Illustration 8)17. Clip 1113877 Hose Assembly to 1800626 Bracket As. using 6V1889 Clip, 8T4137 Bolt and 7X7729 Washer. (See Illustration 9). Use 6V9746 Seal.18. Connect 1803899 Hose As. from the existing Tube As. to Tee on lower oil cooler port. (See
