This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI1359" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI1359" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.
Although this Program is to be administered as described above on the Affected Product, parts should be removed from Parts Stock as soon as possible.
Problem
The 1411481 Shuttle Valve Group needs to be replaced on certain 980G Wheel Loaders. The 1411481 Valve may have a bored hole of insufficient depth. This can lead to 'sticking' of the internal components. Symptoms include lift arm drift while RC is on (or above 6 MPH when in 'auto') or jerky RC function. The symptoms are not speed dependent.

Affected Product
1. Review instructions in appropriate service manual regarding preparation of machine for hydraulic system intervention.2.
