Assembly Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, thoroughly clean all parts in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Do not use wiping cloths or rags to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement. Dirt and other contaminants can damage the precision component. Perform assembly procedures on a clean work surface. Keep components covered and protected at all times.Note: Check the O-ring seals, the gaskets, and the seals for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.

Use the following steps in order to assemble valve assemblies.
Install backup ring (22) and O-ring seal (21) onto valve (14) .
Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury.To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.
Install valve (14), retainer (15) and spring (16) .
Install retainer (17) to the depth that was recorded before disassembly.
Install backup ring (20) and O-ring seals (12) and (19) onto valve body (13) .
Install O-ring seal (23) onto plug (18). Install plug (18) into valve body (13) .

Install valve assemblies (11) onto vibratory valve (1) .

Install O-ring seals (8) and (9) onto cartridge assembly (7) .
Install backup ring (10) onto cartridge assembly (7) .

Install cartridge assemblies (7) onto vibratory valve (1) .

Install coil assembly (5) onto each of the cartridge assemblies.
Install nut (6) onto each of the coil assemblies (5). Tighten nut (6) to a torque of 6 1 N m (53 9 lb in).

Install O-ring seals (4) onto solenoid valve (1) .

Position solenoid valve (3) onto vibratory valve (1) .
Install bolts (2) .End By: Install the vibratory valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Vibratory Valve - Install".
