(11) Final drive Two track roller frames (9) are connected to the rear of the tractor frame by pivot shafts (2).The track roller frames are connected to the front of the tractor frame by equalizer bar (5). The ends of equalizer bar (5) can move up and down rotating around center pin (4). Center pin (4) is located in the center of the tractor frame.Each end of equalizer bar (5) is fastened to track roller frames (9) by mounting pins. Center pin (4) and the two mounting pins of the track roller frame permit track roller frames (9) to pivot. This ability to pivot gives vertical movement to front idlers (6).Track guide guards (7) and (10) are located on the front and rear of the track roller frames. The guide guards keep the track in place when lateral forces are put upon the track during turns.The undercarriage distributes machine weight uniformly on track rollers (8) and the ground. The undercarriage decreases impact loads that are transferred into the tractor frame and into final drives (11).No shims are needed to fasten any of the undercarriage components to the tractor frame. The only adjustment for alignment is to visually center track carrier rollers (3) under tracks (1). When the track carrier rollers are aligned at the factory, there is a gap of 11 mm (0.43 inch) between the carrier roller and the face of the support bracket.
