Attach a suitable lifting device to turbocharger (8). The weight of the 3508B turbocharger is approximately 24 kg (53 lb). Position turbocharger (8) and install bolts (4). Note: The weight of the 3512B turbocharger is approximately 30 kg (66 lb). The weight of the 3516B turbocharger is approximately 47 kg (104 lb).
Install new gasket (6) between exhaust manifold (5) and the turbocharger. Position the turbocharger on the exhaust manifold. Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of bolts (4). Install bolts (4) and tighten to a torque of 54 5 N m (40 lb ft).
Position clamp (7) over elbow coupling (9) and the turbocharger. Tighten the nut on the clamp to a torque of 14 1 N m (124 9 lb in). Lightly tap around the diameter of the clamp with a soft hammer. Tighten the nut to a torque of 14 1 N m (124 9 lb in).
Install the O-ring seals on air pipes (3). Lubricate the O-ring seals with Tooling (B). Install air pipes (3).

Install oil tube assembly (1).
Install drain tube assembly (2).
Install the air cleaner.
