SPACER-TUBE 4740875 - Caterpillar

1. Loosen screws (1) and put panel assembly (2) in the "OPEN" position. 2. Remove screws (4) and panel assembly (3). 3. Remove bolts (5) and pull panel assembly (6) away from the side of the cab. 4. Put identification marks on all wires (8) for assembly purposes.5. Disconnect wires (8) from the gauges.6. Remove nuts (7), service meter (9), coolant temperature gauge (10), tractor torque converter retarder oil temperature gauge (12) and scraper torque converter/retarder oil temperature gauge (11) from the panel assembly. 7. Disconnect wire harness (15) from LED panel (14).8. Remove bolts (13) and LED panel (14) from the cab.Install Gauges And LED Panel
1. Put LED panel (3) in position and install bolts (2) that hold it.2. Connect wire harness (1). 3. Put service meter (6), coolant temperature gauge (9), tractor torque converter/retarder oil temperature gauge (7) and scraper torque converter oil temperature gauge (8) in position in the panel assembly. Install nuts (4) that hold them.4. Connect wires (5) to the gauges. 5. Put panel assembly (10) in position on the right side of the cab and install the bolts that hold it. 6. Install panel assembly (11) in the cab as shown. 7. Put panel assembly (13) in the "CLOSED" position and tighten screws (12).
