Installation Procedure

Install Tooling (A) into hood (2), as shown.

Attach a suitable lifting device to Tooling (A) that was installed in the previous step and to engine hood (2), as shown. The weight of hood (2) is approximately 250 kg (550 lb). Install hood (2). Install bolts (9), the washers and the spacers.

Attach a suitable lifting device to rear door (7). Install the rear door. Install bolts (8) .

Install pin (6) and cotter pin (5). Close the rear door.

Install plate (4) and bolt (3) .

Remove Tooling (A) from the top of hood (2). Install plastic screw (1) into the top of hood (2) .
