Description of Change: Certain 3512 Well Fracturing Engine fuel lines are no longer used.Adaptable To: 144-7500 Tube As and 144-7501 Tube As are no longer used. The Tube Assemblies have two replacement options:
7C-7677 Tube As and 7C-7678 Tube As or
450-7226 Tube As and 450-7227 Tube As The 7C-7677 Tube As and 7C-7678 Tube As are constructed of mild steel and the 450-7226 Tube As 450-7227 Tube As are constructed of stainless steel.Note: When replacing with 450-7226 Tube As and 450-7227 Tube As, the fuel manifolds must also be replaced.Refer to the sections listed below for the installation instructions and required parts.7C-7677 Tube As and 7C-7678 Tube As Installation Instructions
Refer to Table 3 for a list of part numbers needed to install the Tube Assemblies.

(1) Fuel lines
Remove the fuel lines from both the cylinder head and the fuel rail.

(2) Fuel adapter and O-ring
Remove the fuel adapter and O-ring from the cylinder head.

(3) 7W-2122 Port Connector (4) 3J-1907 O-Ring Seal
Insert a new 7W-2122 Port Connector and 3J-1907 O-Ring Seal into the cylinder head.
Torque the fitting to 40 4 N m (29.5 3 lb ft).

(5) 7C-7677 Tube As (6) 7C-7678 Tube As
Install the new 7C-7677 and 7C-7678 tube assemblies onto the cylinder head and fuel rail.
Torque the fuel line fittings to 27.5 5 N m (20 4 lb ft).
