PROBLEM
The articulation harness is located too close to the hitch. This can cause the articulation harness to rub through at the articulation joint on certain 24M Motor Graders.

PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
1. Remove all the existing bolts, washers, and clamps from between the rear frame and the front frame on the 307-6367 Harness. The bolts will not be reused. The washers and clamps will be reused.
2. Install one 1F-7854 Spacer (1) and one 8T-4172 Bolt (2) to the front frame boss.
3. Install one 133-6394 Spacer (3) and one 8T-6466 Bolt (4) to the rear frame bracket.
4. Cut 233-9494 Conduit to 65cm in length and install around the harness.
