The following steps elaborate on the various locations to be considered for weld inspection on the inner-side, outer-side, and outer-rim of the machine wheels.For more information on weld inspection, refer to Special Instruction , REHS1841 , "General Welding Procedures".If cracks are found, submit a Cat® Dealer Solutions Network (DSN) Product Health service request through your dealer Technical Communicator (TC) requesting for documentation and repair recommendations. When submitting the service request, include the machine serial number, hours, and attach a Product Status Report.
