Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
Remove the fuel priming pump.
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Remove handle (1).

Put alignment marks across head (2) and pump cylinder (3).
Remove head (2) from pump cylinder (3).

Remove shaft (4) from head (2).

Remove lip seal (5) from head (2).

Personal injury can result from parts and/or covers under spring pressure.Spring force will be released when covers are removed.Be prepared to hold spring loaded covers as the bolts are loosened.
Remove rotor (6), vanes (7), and the springs from the pump cylinder.
Remove O-ring seal (8) from the pump cylinder.
