Note: Apply Loctite Gasket Maker #2 to the gaskets and the mounting surfaces when replacing the radiator tank gaskets.

1 6 9S-8752 Full Nut Tighten the cross brace nuts until finger tight, and then turn an additional 180°. Final tensioning should be carried out in small increments, spread evenly between all four corners while diagonally measuring the radiator to ensure squareness.
Torque to 20 N m (15 lb ft)
Install the outer nut and tighten to lock against the first nut.
2 16 1B-7182 Bolt Apply Bostik Never-seez Marine Grade to the threads prior to installation.
Torque to 22 N m (16 lb ft).
3 42 0S-1618 Bolt Apply Bostik Never-seez Marine Grade to the threads prior to installation.
Torque to 22 N m (16 lb ft).
4 100 0S-1618 Bolt Apply Bostik Never-seez Marine Grade to the threads prior to installation.
Torque to 22 N m (16 lb ft).
5 16 1B-7182 Bolt Apply Bostik Never-seez Marine Grade to the threads prior to installation.
Torque to 22 N m (16 lb ft).
