1. Disconnect the air line from fitting (1).2. Remove the cotter pin and pin (4) that connect the yoke to the lever.3. Remove nuts (2) and governor control rotochamber (3) from the bracket.Install Governor Control Rotochamber
1. Put governor control rotochamber (2) in position on the bracket as shown and install nuts (3) that hold it. Tighten the nuts to a torque of 7 2 N m (62 9 lb.in.). The yoke must be assembled so that when the rotochamber is fully extended, the yoke pin hole center is 1.5 1.5 mm (.06 .06 in.) beyond pin hole center when the throttle lever is at high idle position.Disassemble Governor Control Rotochamber
START BY:a) remove governor control rotochamber 1. Count the number of turns it takes to remove end (2) for assembly purposes.2. Loosen locknut (1). Remove end (2) and the locknut from the rod. 3. Remove ring (6), plat (9), diaphragm (5), rod (14) and spring (8) from plate (3). Remove boot (7) from plate (3).Assemble Governor Control Rotochamber
1. Install spring (3) on rod (8). Install rod (8) in plate (2). Install boot (7), locknut (1) and end (6) on the rod. Tighten locknut (1) to a torque of 7 2 N m (62 9 lb.in.).2. Install diaphragm (4), plate (9) and ring (5) on plate (2) as shown.END BY:a) install governor control rotochamber
