Hot oil and components can cause personal injury. Do not allow hot oil or components to contact the skin. Be sure that the engine and components are cool enough to touch with your bare hand prior to performing any service work.
1. Let the machine sit for ten minutes to allow brake accumulator pressure to release. Depressing the brake pedal 10 to 15 times will also aid in releasing the brake accumulator pressure. 2. Disconnect wire harness (1) at the electrical connection. Remove brake pressure switch (2) and the O-ring seal from accumulator charging valve (3). Plug accumulator charging valve (3) to avoid system contamination. The following steps are for the installation of the switch (brake pressure).3. Make sure all components of the brake pressure switch are clean of dirt and foreign material prior to installation.4. Check all the O-ring seal and components for wear and damage and replace if necessary.5. Install the O-ring seal and brake pressure switch (2) to accumulator charging valve (3). Connect wire harness (1) at the electrical connection.6. Check the fluid level of the tandem drive housings.
