Install plugs (39). Tighten plugs (39) to a torque of 7 1 N m (62 9 lb in).
Install bushing (38), ball (37), seat (36), O-ring seal (35), and plug (34). Tighten plug (34) to a torque of 12 1 N m (106 9 lb in).

Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force.Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.
Install washer (32), washer (31), spring (30) and seat (29) on spool (33). Put the end of spool (33) in the slotted opening of seat (29).

Install spring (27) and spool assembly (25).
Install O-ring seals (28), O-ring seals (26), valve assembly (24), and bolts (23). Tighten bolts (23) to a torque of 9 1 N m (80 9 lb in).

Install balls (22), seat (21), outer spring (20), and inner spring (19).

Install packing (16) in plug (14).
Install cap (13) and O-ring seal (15) on plug (14).
Install pushrod (17) on plug (14).
Install piston (18) on pushrod (17).

Install plug assemblies (12).
Install cover (11) and bolts (10). Tighten bolts (10) to a torque of 29 3 N m (21 2 lb ft).

Install bushings (9) in cover (8).

Install cover (8) and bolt (7). Tighten bolt (7) to a torque of 55 10 N m (41 7 lb ft).

Install setscrews (5) and nuts (6) in pedal (3).

Install pedal (3), camshaft (4), and setscrew (2). Tighten setscrew (6) to a torque of 7 1 N m (62 9 lb in).

Adjust setscrew (5) in order to set Dimension (X). Dimension (X) is 12.4°.
Tighten nuts (6) to a torque of 33 3 N m (25 3 lb ft).End By:
Install the pilot valve.
