Attach one red marker band (1) to both ends of one hose (8) .
Attach hose (8) to the hose on the boom with the same red marker band (1) that was installed in ""Installation Procedure of 334-0109 Hydraulic Kit "". Use one coupling (10), and one union (11).
Attach one yellow marker band (2) to both ends of hose (8) .
Attach hose (8) to the hose on the boom with the same yellow marker band (2) that was installed in ""Installation Procedure of 334-0109 Hydraulic Kit "". Use one coupling (10), and one union (11) .Note: Perform Step 5 for both hoses (8) until the hose has been secured thoroughly.
Use straps (6) in order to secure the hoses (8) to the existing hydraulic lines.Note: Perform Step 6 for hose (8) and hose (9) connections.
Attach the previously installed hose (8) to one hose (9). Use one union (11) .
Attach one red marker band (1) to both ends of hose (9) that was initiated in Step 6.
Attach one yellow marker band (2) to both ends of the other hose (9) that was initiated in Step 6.Note: Perform Step 9 for both hoses (9) until both of the hoses have been secured thoroughly.
Use the remaining cable straps (6) in order to secure both of the hoses (9) to the existing hydraulic lines as needed.

Weld four plates (5) to the stick. Refer to Illustration 13 for dimensions.
Route the two hoses (9) over the stick and secure both. Use eight clamps (3), four plates (4), and four bolts (12) .
Attach one union (7) to the hose (9) that has the red marker band (1) .

The monitor must be configured before the quick coupler can be used. The Quick Coupler option under Attachment Parts Installation in the Configuration Mode must be updated. Purge the air from the hydraulic lines of the coupler. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System - Air Purge" for more information.
After the electrical system is connected and after the hydraulic system is connected, check the coupler for proper operation. Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Operation" for more information.
