Removal Procedure
Start the machine and position the bucket flat on the floor, as shown.Note: Do not stand directly in front of the bucket. The bucket has more weight on the top than the bottom. Place a wood block in back of the bucket in order to prevent movement when the pins are removed. Remove the pins from the side.

Remove lock pin (1) .
Remove pin (2) from the bucket with a brass punch.

Remove two O-rings (3) .

Remove lock pin (4) .
Remove pin (5) from the bucket with a brass punch.
Remove two O-rings (6) .

Remove bucket (7) from the bucket linkages and the stick. Weight of the bucket is 107 kg (235 lb).Installation Procedure
Note: Be sure that the stick pin bore, bucket pin bores, and bucket pins are thoroughly clean prior to installation of the bucket.

Apply a thin coat of 1P-0808 Multipurpose Grease on the diameter of the pin bore and the bucket pins.
Position the stick in a vertical position and place bucket (7) flat on the ground.

Install two O-rings (6) onto bucket linkages.
Start the machine and lower the stick into bucket (7) until the pin bores are aligned with each other.

Install pin (5) to the bucket linkages .
Install lock pin (4) .

Install two O-rings (3) onto bucket linkages.

Install pin (2) to the bucket linkages .
Install lock pin (1) into the bucket linkages and pin (2) .
