If the machine is currently equipped with the 341-9310 Implement Software Gp and 341-9308 Power Train Software Gp, the following changes will apply when the latest version of the software is installed:
The steering rate change that was noticeable under certain operating conditions at approximately 34 km/h (21 mph) has been removed. Additionally, the steering maps have been optimized in order to smooth the transition throughout the speed range.
The amount of joystick input that is required at high speeds has been slightly reduced.If the machine is being updated to the latest software from a version of software earlier than 341-9310 Implement Software Gp and 341-9308 Power Train Software Gp, the amount of joystick input that is required has been slightly increased. Refer to the Table 2 for the new software part numbers.

Allow time for the operator to become accustomed to the changes. When first operating the machine after the update is performed, the operators should exercise steering throughout the entire speed range. Additionally, perform these functions while you are accelerating through turns and while you are decelerating through turns. Continue to perform these functions until the changes in the steering system are familiar.
