CTP 1W7940 Standard Fan for Models D6H, D6HLGP, D6H-XL, D6H-LS, D6H-XR
CTP Improved fuel efficiency, up to 1.5% depending on the application and duty cycle || Individually reverse each blade by simply pushing inward (towards the hub) to compress the spring and then begin to rotate the blade; it should only turn in one direction || Once the blade begins to rotate, you no longer need to keep pushing inward; continue to turn the blade toward the desired position; continue to reverse the remaining blades so that they are all in the same position || Once the blade is rotated fully to the desired position, the blade will "spring" outward and lock itself into place; Now the blade will not be able to be turned around without pushing it inward again; The reversing of one blade is now complete || Now that all of the blades have been reversed, the fan will force the air in the opposite direction; You are now ready to re-install the guarding, unlock the ignition switch, and continue operating the equipment with increased comfort

Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Note: Apply clean engine oil to the crankshaft main bearings prior to assembly. Do not apply oil to the back of the crankshaft main bearing. Ensure that the tabs of the crankshaft main bearings fit in the grooves of the crankshaft main bearing caps and the cylinder block.
Ensure that the crankshaft main bearings are installed in the correct locations. Two different part numbers are used in quantities of three and four. The part number having the quantity of four is to be installed on crankshaft main bearings 2, 3, 5, and 6. The part number having the quantity of three is to be installed on crankshaft bearing 1, 4, and 7. The thrust plate is to be installed on the center crankshaft main bearing only.

Note: The crankshaft end play is controlled by thrust plate (3) . Thrust plate (3) is located at the center of the crankshaft.
Install thrust plate (3) .
Use Tooling (A) to install the new upper halves of crankshaft main bearings (2) in the cylinder block. This half of the bearing has an oil hole.

Install the new lower halves of crankshaft main bearings (2) in crankshaft main bearing caps (1) . Do not apply oil to the back of the crankshaft main bearing.Note:
