PROBLEM
The 7X-2551 Bolt for the rear pump drive idler shaft needs to be replaced on certain 994H Wheel Loaders. The existing 7X-2551 Bolt can fail due to over tightening from the factory.

ACTION REQUIRED
Remove the 7X-2551 Bolt for the upper idler shaft and replace with a new 7X-2551 Bolt. Refer to Image1. Tighten the 7X-2551 Bolt to a specified torque of 100 +/- 20 N.m. (74 +/- 15 lb ft).
Note: During the removal and installation process of the 7X-2551 Bolt, DO NOT allow the idler shaft to spin or back out of the rear pump drive housing bore. This is a dry bolted joint. DO NOT use lubricants or thread lockers during the assembly process.
