3. Remove bolts (1) and (2) from each side of the bucket. 4. Remove pins (3) and washers (used for the lower bucket pins) from both sides of the bucket.5. Start the engine and move the machine away from the bucket. The weight of the bucket is: 920-1650 lb. (743 kg) 930-1875 lb. (849 kg) Install Bucket
1. Move the machine up to the bucket and put the lift arms in position in the lower bucket hinge bosses. 2. Put pins (2) in position in the lower bucket hinge boss with hole in the pin in alignment with the hole in the the boss.3. Install the washers on each side of lift arms (1). Push pins (2) into position. 4. Install bolts (4) and the nuts to hold the lower pins in position.5. Put the link assemblies in position in the upper bucket hinge bosses and install pins (3). Make sure the holes in the pins are in alignment with the holes in the bosses before the pins are installed all of the way.6. Install the bolts and nuts to hold the upper pins in position.7. Put clean grease in the four bucket pins.
