This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI3009" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI3009" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

The air conditioning refrigerant decal in cab needs to be replaced on certain 785B, 789B, and 793B Trucks. The air conditioning refrigerant decal in cab may have an incorrect number stamped on it. This may cause an inadequate fill of refrigerant at time of repair. The correct amount of refrigerant to be stamped into the decal is 2.0 Kg.

Remove 1106392 Decal from cab. Stamp 2.0 Kg on new 1106392 Decal and install it in the same location as the previously removed decal.
