ACTION REQUIRED
1. Download the flash files from SISweb.
2. If the machine is equipped with a PL321 system, flash the PL121
first ? followed by the PL300. Please refer to RENR7911 for
specific details on flashing the software.
3. After flashing the new software, adjust the internal Product
Link clock to agree with the machine SMH as indicated on the hour
meter.
4. With this new version of software, any changes to either the
PL121 or the PL300 will automatically cause a registration message
and an administration message to be queued.

If any machines in question are on this list, please proceed with the update. The claims will be accepted if the claim adheres to the service letter allowance guidelines. Please file the warranty claims for these units using 99Z00015 as the serial number.
