Install Mounting Plates (11) onto the exterior rear of the machine. Use the existing bolts from the lighting group to install the plates.

Install Bolts (5) and Washers (4) into Mount As (12) and (13).
Install Mount As (12) and (13) inside the hopper support plates. Secure the mounts in place with Screws (6) and Washers (7).

Install Harness As (14) through Mounting Plates (11). Connect the harness to the existing connectors. Support the harness at the plate cutout with Ties (10).
Route the harnesses along the hopper support. Secure the harness to the hopper support with Cable Ties (3).

(14) 505-6567 Lighting Harness As
When the hopper is installed, install the remaining two Harness As (14). Attach the harnesses to the hopper with Clips (1) and Cable ties (3). Use Grommets (2) where the harness passes through the hopper.Enabling The Chip Spreader Attachment
The chip spreader attachment must be enabled using the PLUS+1 Service Tool for Caterpillar.
