Remove the instrument console (front). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, KENR3127, "Instrument Console (Front) - Remove and Install".Note: SERVICE DATA: TOOLING (ZZ) WILL NOT BE IDENTIFIED IN PHOTOGRAPHS IN THE REMOVAL OR THE INSTALLATION. THIS TOOLING IS SHOWN IN ORDER TO ASSIST THE EXPERIENCED SERVICEMAN.

Remove ten hose assemblies (2) from pump (1) .

Disconnect two harness assemblies (3) from pump (1) .
Cut the two cable straps from harness assembly (4) and move harness assembly (4) out of the way.

Attach a suitable lifting device and a lifting sling to pump (1) .
Remove six bolts (5) and remove pump (1) from the machine. The weight of the pump is approximately 54 kg (120 lb).
If necessary, remove gear (6) .

Remove O-ring seal (8) from plate (7) .

Remove four bolts (9) from plate (7) and remove plate (7) from pump (1) .

If necessary, remove bearing (10) from plate (7) .
