2 1 166-4375 Seal Gp Use the following procedure in order to install the seal group:
1. Lubricate the outside diameter of ceramic ring (4) and rubber seal (3) with clean water or with 207-1600 Rubber Lubricant.
2. Seat ceramic ring (4) and rubber seal (3) into the housing.
3. Remove spring (6) from the seal assembly (5).
4. Press the seal assembly on the shaft until the faces of the seal makes the contact lightly.
5. Install spring (6).
7 1 212-8184 Impeller Before installation, bore in the impeller for pump drive shaft is 25.342 0.013 mm (0.9977 0.0005 inch).
8 1 212-8180 Pump Drive Shaft As The end of the pump shaft must be flush with the face of the impeller (7) within 0.00 to 0.30 mm (0.000 to 0.012 inch).
Before pressing the impeller on the shaft, lubricate the shaft with clean engine oil.
Diameter of the shaft is 25.400 to 25.413 mm (1.0000 to 1.0005 inch).
Width in the groove of the shaft for the thrust washer (9) is 8.75 0.05 mm (0.344 0.002 inch).
9 1 7N-4758 Thrust Washer Thickness is 8.5 mm (0.33 inch)
A - - Distance between the vanes of the impeller and the outside of the housing is 31.5800 0.4425 mm (1.24330 0.01742 inch).
