1 1 246-3129 Pump Impeller Pump impeller should be flush with the shaft within −0.25 to 0.00 mm (−0.010 to 0.000 inch).
2 1 153-1256 Lip Type Seal Install the lip type seal with the primary lip toward the water pump drive gear. Press the oil seal with a press until the oil seal is flush with face of housing as shown. Do not install the lip type seal by hand.
3 1 276-4756 Seal Gp Press the seal group onto the shaft until the cup is fully seated inside the pump housing.
4 1 195-0319 Gear Press the gear until the gear is flush with the bearing.
