2) Completely loosen 10 bolts that attach thepressure control group to the transmission. Remove the pressure controlgroup, with bolts still protruding through the valve body (if possible),from the machine.
Note: The 10 bolts are of varying lengths.If the bolts have to be removed from the body to accommodate removal fromthe vehicle, make a note of the location of each bolt for installationpurposes.

3) With the pressure control group out of thevehicle and on a bench, remove the cast iron station housing marked "D"by removing two 5L-9018 " bolts with 5P-0537 washers.
Note: Carefully remove the station housingand ensure that no components are lost. The following items will be looseupon removal of the housing.1. 9D-7884 spring, 2. 8P-9738 orifice, 3. 8E-4592stop, 4. 6Y-8048 spool as. (should stay inside valve body - do not remove),5. 8E-8908 load piston spring (orange stripe), 6. 6Y-4541 selector piston,7. 6Y-4542 load piston.

4) With the station housing removed from thevalve body and all loose components contained, locate the 8E-4592 loadpiston stop and set it aside.
5) Install the 128-2880 load piston stop withthe protruding edge of the stop facing the load piston (refer to figurebelow).
6) Ensure that the 6Y-8048 spool is in placeinside the pressure control body and that any other loose components areback in the appropriate locations.7) Attach the LUC valve station to the pressurecontrol body by installing two 5L-9018 ¬" bolts with 5P-0537 washers(Torque the fasteners to 12 Nm).8) Install the pressure control group in thetransmission.Note: If the bolts were completely removedfrom the pressure control group, you must ensure that the bolts are installedin the same holes from which they were removed.
9) Torque (4) 9F-2773 3/8 bolts to 48 Nm, (5)4F-3508 5/16 bolts to 30 Nm, and (1) 8F-8544 3/8 bolt to 48 Nm. (Referto schematic for proper bolt torque and location)

10) Before reinstalling the top cover of thetransmission, remove the small cover (6T-5132) attached to the large coverby removing 10 nuts. Install the top cover on the transmission, but onlyinstall and tighten (4) of the (24) bolts.
Install the 6V-6064 Transmission Test Cover inthe place of the small cover.
