Installation Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Install the pilot manifold on the bottom of the machine. To hold the pilot manifold to the machine, install bolts (6) and the washers.

Install cover (5) on the machine. To hold the cover on the machine, install bolts (4) and the washers.

Connect electrical connectors (2) to pilot manifold (1) .
Connect hose assemblies (3) to pilot manifold (1) .Note: Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Lubricant Viscosities" and Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Refill Capacities" for the proper filling procedure and the proper levels for the hydraulic oil system.
Check the oil level in the hydraulic oil tank. Fill the hydraulic oil tank to the correct level.
