Separate the track. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Track - Separate" for the correct procedure.Note: The track roller frame does not have an oil drain plug. In order to avoid spilling any oil during the removal of the front track roller frame, use a vacuum pump to remove the oil. Use the vacuum pump in the opening near the valve of the track adjuster. If a vacuum pump is not available, the oil will drain during the removal of the front track roller frame.

Remove eight bolts (1) and cover (2) from each side of the rear track roller frame. Remove the O-ring seal from each cover.

Install Tool (A). Remove guides (3) from each side of the rear track roller frame.

Fasten a hoist to front track roller frame (4), as shown.Note: Front track roller frame (4) must be supported before the removal from the rear track roller frame. The front track roller frame must be leveled before the removal.
Install Tool (B) on front track roller frame (4). Attach the other end of Tool (B) to a stationary object. Use the hoist and Tool (B) to pull the front track roller frame out of the rear track roller frame. Pull out the front track roller frame until the guide slots are visible. Remove Tool (B) .

The weight of front track roller frame (4) is 682 kg (1503.6 lb). Put a nylon strap around the front track roller frame. Fasten Tool (B) between the hoist and the nylon strap. Level the front track roller frame. Use the hoist to remove the front track roller frame.

Remove spiral ring (6) and seal assembly (8) from the rear track roller frame.
Remove ring (7) and bearing (5) from the rear track roller frame.

Remove ring (10) and bearing (9) from the front track roller frame.
