Install hose clamp (11) and hose (12) to the radiator assembly.

Install hose clamp (13) and hose (14) to the radiator assembly.

Install hose clamp (15) and hose (16) to the radiator assembly.

Install bracket (17) to the radiator assembly. Install two bolts (18) , the washers, and hose clip (19) to the radiator assembly.

Install one bolt (20) , the washer, and two hose clips (21) to the radiator assembly.

Install fan guard (22) to the radiator assembly. Install ten bolts (23) and the washers to the fan guard. Install two bolts (24) , the washers, and the nuts to the fan guard.

Attach Tooling (B) , a suitable lifting device and a hoist to hood assembly (25) , as shown. Carefully install hood assembly (25) to the machine. The weight of the hood assembly is 64 kg (140 lb) .

Connect wire harness (26) and install the wire harness in the clip.

Install two bolts (27) and the washers to the mounting bracket.

Install cover plate (28) to the hood assembly. Install four bolts (29) and the washers to the hood assembly.

Install bolt (30) and the washer to the mounting bracket.

Install two bolts (31) and the washers to the mounting bracket. One of the bolts is hidden.

Install two bolts (32) and the washers to the mounting bracket.

Fasten a hoist, a nylon lifting strap, and Tool (C) to engine compartment access door (33) . Carefully install the engine compartment access door to the hood assembly. The weight of the engine compartment access door is 34 kg (75 lb) .
Install four bolts (34) and the washers to the hinges. Install cotter pin (35) and the washer to control rod (36) .
Fill the coolant system with coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU6447 for information on filling the cooling system.End By: Install the Transmission Oil Cooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Transmission Oil Cooler - Remove and Install". The information is in this manual.
